This is more a review of the company. I placed my order on Fathers Day. Still no bike. Customer support is useless. Because of shipping mix-ups, they seem to be stuck in some sort of “we can’t find the bike we shipped you” mode, and seem to not care in the least that the summer is half over and I still have no bike. Shame on Himiway. This is not how you treat customers

Himiway has been a nightmare to work with. They are terrible at communicating and customer service. I haven’t even received my bike and I’m already fed up. They charge an 8% if you try to cancel your order, no matter how many months you’ve been waiting.

Just ordered it two days ago. I Will update the entire process. So far only two issues. I would hope they are resolved shortly!

Exelent so far. 300 miles in a month. Only problem i have so far is that i intend to take the rail trails from NH to Maine in less thana month, 80 miles a day, and i cant get another battery till August!
