Customer service isn’t always immediate with response – emails work best with them. When I needed replacement parts they were good. I would like to see the bikes be more rain proof (I live in Florida) but I have not had an issue. Hardwired taillight would be a nice addition when you have a 1KW battery (I worked some upgrades around that)
Overall love the bike!

All have performed flaulessly. Very powerful motor. A little heavy but very well made. Custormer service was very good and answered by questions about tire pressure quickly and accurately. I alsway question negative reviews about customer service. I think if you treat them respectfully, they will treat you the same.

now i just damged my bike for the second time and for the last 2 weeks ive been trying to get in touch with any of them, but nothing. only automatic messages. WORST CUTOMER SERVICE
