It was back ordered and didn’t ship for a month. Before I got it, I got an e=mail with a $150 off Father’s day Promo. I asked customer support if I’d get a credit, since mine had not arrived. Nope. Then I found the VIN on the bike doesn’t allow one to register it in states requiring a Class 3 e-bike to be registered. tThey refused return on day 1 of opening the shipment and didn’t get back to me for 6 more weeks, Answer: sorry, tough luck, no returns. Has a serious rattle in the front end. no response from online customer service. Looks cool, crummy customer service. doesn’t go anything close to 70 miles in range, unless you’re going in the mid teen mph range. Range at 30 mph is about 32 miles.
