I heavily modified my RipCurrent S – and I do admit it is a heavy bike (especially after I finished) but the motor is so powerful it doesn’t matter much. Customer service isn’t always immediate with response – emails work best with them. When I needed replacement parts they were good. I would like to see the bikes be more rain proof (I live in Florida) but I have not had an issue. Hardwired taillight would be a nice addition when you have a 1KW battery (I worked some upgrades around that)
Overall love the bike!

We bought two and love them! Took a chance on bikes based on reviews….LOVE THEM!!! Wife and I and mid 40’s and casual riders. LOVE THEM!!!!

I have the avenue pedego and love it has peddle assist and I have drp foot helps me to get exercise and I can put it on 6and cruise

I’ve been trying to order an XP Lite for over two months. This place must be run by zombies. If you can’t even place an order, what will be the result of a complaint?, Went through 9 years of Prodecotecotech, not going through that again with this outfit.. Buy somewhere else.
